R.C. Bennett
R. C. BENNET, farmer, Sec. 34; P.O. Oregon; is a son of H.R. Bennett, who was born 1819 in Ontario Co., N.Y., and came to Fitchburg in 1846, entering 160 acres on Sec. 31, which he soon traded for 80 of the present homestead, afterward buying the 80 on which are the buildings.
